Faqs

What’s in the Home section?

Every upcoming meeting or meeting in progress is reported on the home page and arranged by topics. Information is completed by title, picture and a short introduction to the subject. Contents are accessible after registration.

What’s in the Demo section?

The demo on this page shows the typical structure of the presentations which the user can look up through the Schedule section of each meeting.

What’s in the Archive section?

This section allows users to look up the whole archive of the past meetings.

What’s in the Registration section?

Users that are interested in eCampus website services can register supplying all the information required. During the registration users can select the proper access among the following levels:

Moderator – this type of user can actively take part in every meeting in the website, upload a multimedia response or any file (photo, video, document etc.) through the Downloads & Uploads section, post a thread through the Answers & Questions section or reply to other threads. Access to password protected sections is allowed: Schedule, Delegation List, Speakers, Presentations, Answers & Questions, Downloads & Upload.

Speaker – this type of user, as the moderator, can actively take part in every meeting in the website, upload a multimedia response or any file (photo, video, document etc.) through the Downloads & Uploads section, create topics through the Answers & Questions section or reply to other topics but cannot create a thread. Access to password protected sections is allowed: Schedule, Delegation List, Speakers, Presentations, Answers & Questions, Downloads & Upload.

Participant – this type of user can access the content of each meeting in the website, reply to the topics through the Answers & Questions section. Partial access to password protected sections is allowed: Schedule, Delegation List, Speakers, Presentations, Answers & Questions, Downloads & Upload.

Visitor – this type of user can only visualize the contents of each meeting in the website and of all discussions through the Answers & Questions section. Partial access to password protected sections is allowed: Schedule, Delegation List, Speakers, Presentations, Answers & Questions, Downloads & Upload.

What’s in the Faqs section?

It serves as a general website guide.

What’s in the Login section?

This is the Login page and the user can sign in and access the contents of each meeting or look up the password protected sections: Schedule, Delegation List, Speakers, Presentations, Answers & Questions, Downloads & Upload.

What’s in the Schedule section?

On this page users find the scheduling of the selected meeting, that is the list of the speeches which will be performed according to the given chronological order. By clicking on the speech title, it will show its content.

What’s in the University Delegation List section?

The Universities that are taking part in the selected meeting are listed on this page. For each country is shown the number of University delegates partaking in the event.

What’s in the Speakers section?

The speakers who are taking part in the selected meeting are listed on this page. For each speaker is shown a Curriculum Vitae summary in order to underline the specific skills of the speaker related to the meeting.

What’s in the Presentations section?

The abstracts of the speeches that can be looked up through the Schedule section are listed on this page. All the files (audio, video, pictures, documents etc.) enclosed to the speeches by the speakers can be looked up as well.

What’s in the Answers & Questions section?

This is the website forum. All the users registered with the website can actively take part in the forum except the visitors who can uniquely look up the posted comments. This section aims to put people concerned directly in touch with the speakers.

What’s in the Downloads & Uploads section?

Only moderator and speaker can access this section. By using the upload form the authorized user can upload all the files useful to the meeting speech and download the user guide (text or video format) and the graphical layout to realize multimedia responses.
